I always access the C and Z with my non dominant hand but as the B is nearly always heavily used then thats just stupid.
To me, i'd buy every on rails game to play through at least once as I love them (they're the best 2 player games for me and the wife I reckon and I just love sharing a life energy in REUC, never get sick of yelling when she doesn't dodge quick enough in cut scenes) i'd never use the zapper as I just love everything about the Wiimote / nunchuck controllers as they were intended to be.
