Nintendo decides to attend TGS after all, just two weeks later!

This pretty much epitomizes how much Ninty ends up doing things alone.

They've never really attended TGS.  In fact, they used to have their own show cale Shoshinkai...commonly known as SpaceWorld.   It was used mainly to unveil new hardware like the N64, GC and GBA.

But really, they couldnt have done this during TGS? The fact that its at the same venue seems like they are making a statement.

Consider it...share the media spotlight with everyone and deal with the public at large (TGS is open to he public for the last 2 days) or create your own hype and take center stage with the media spotlight and have complete control over aspect of the event?
