Yeah, I'm not really sure how pushing it to January is a good move, especially since early 2011 is stacked with PS3-exclusive titles while Holiday 2010 really wasn't stacked to begin with. Is Gran Turismo 5 Sony's only major release for this upcoming season now? Sure, PS3's upcoming holiday season has some great games coming out... but the majority of them will also be on the 360. I guess Sony is hoping that GT5 and Move really differentiate the system for the holidays... LBP2 would have helped out very nicely.
Well, more months of polish means a better game in the end, so not all is lost.
Still, I'm sure the game would have appreciated the holiday seasonal boost.
But yeah, good choice on Epic Mickey.
