They've been beaten to death, but might as well mention them here: Orange Box and RE5. Also, I don't really care about it, but some want GTA4 with Wii controls.
Other games I'd like to steal from other platforms include: MGS4, Fallout 3, Rock Band, some kind of Burnout title and Deus Ex 3 (if it's not already coming to Wii *crosses fingers*).
Games I'd like to see that aren't in development: A new Bushido Blade (if Squeenix knows how to make anything besides rehashed JRPGs anymore), a good space flight sim, perhaps with a trader/explorer aspect to it, and a beat-em-up inspired by River City Ransom.
Edit: A little research reveals that Deus Ex 3 will be using the same engine as Tomb Raider: Anniversary, so it's very likely that it will make it to Wii eventually. Now I just have to hope that the dev team succeeds in bringing the franchise back to its original glory.
