Are the numbers 31.002.197 and 31,158,794 within 15% of each other?

A 15% margin of error would be about 4.5 million units, so it's well within that margin of error. A 10% margin of error between those numbers would be about 3.1 million. A 1% margin of error (insanely accurate!) would be about 310k. So being 235k off out of 31 million would make them extremely accurate!

I know, I wanted Nintendogamer to realize that.
