No and Yes. No, because it shouldn't really, given it is a release of the franchise to a larger install base which means even more people who want it should have a 360 already vs when Halo 3 launched.
Yes, because of all those wacky Halo fans who are going to double dip to buy Reach special edition 360s. I would say I'm not knocking them, but to be honest I am because I'm just one of those people who never, ever understands buying something identical to what you have apart from a 'special' paint job. Let is also be noted this apply's to PS3s, PSPs and whatever.
Anyway, no and yes. I refuse to be pinned down more than that.
