LOL, after Greenberg kept quite polite (particularly for his usual standard) retaliating the last mild dig from Sony, Kotick looks in comparison even more a douche. 
He's great, he's so over-the-top they should make a game based on him... It could be a 1st or 3rd person abuser... They could call it Douche Douchem 3D!
