I'm serious. That opinion is flawed, due to the total lack of respect to gamers on Kotick's part, and the total lack of malice to gamers on Dunaway's part.

Hate's a pretty irrational emotion so it's not an opinion you can disqualify.

I admit Kotick is a more detestable businessman, but - and I can't put my finger on why this is - Cammie still stirs up an equal amount of rage in me.

Well think of it this way. She thought she would do well, was shown twice it wouldn't work, and decided to bow out this E3. Kotick has clearly not learned.
