Is there shooting in both Mega-Man and R&C? Yes. But there is also strong platforming elements. Essentially, R&C is an action/adventure platformer shooter with the platformer aspect attracting me to the series. Then there was this "little" surprise called Little Big Planet. Platforming is what first attracted me to the PS3. |
The hallmark of Playstation is right there. Everyone has a different reason for getting one. For anyone who bought an Xbox1, what was the reason you bought it? Go ahead, I'll wait. And to a lesser extent, the 360 is driven by Halo, COD, Gears. These are like the pillars of the console. With Sony, the top is COD (fair enough, the game is huge), MGS4, Uncharted, God of War, LBP and soon GT5. No one Sony game really defines the console, that's my point.
