Well I don't see any way in which one thing reaching 15 million in sales before another thing reaches 25 million in sales can be called a "win". However PS3 will reach it's milestone before 360 does, probably.

I'm thinking Reach boost will be worth 50% in Americas which will take it to 139K for a total of 24.954 million. A really big boost would be 60% for a 148K week and 24.963 million LTD. I don't see it getting the extra 37-46K needed to make it a draw, but it would be huge for Reach if it did.
