I think this will be the bottom week for PS3 (unless it's had a lower week some time in the northern summer). Even though Move isn't going to move a huge amount of hardware it would be a major let down if HW dropped on Move launch week, and I think Move will help sustain slightly higher HW sales over the next couple of weeks until the normal end of year rise starts. Not saying it's going to cause any massive rise in sales, but it should keep sales above this week's level.
