Anyhow, obviously my comment to begin with was a joke.

I think we are all aware a PS3 with only 4GB of flash memory would be useless.

Actually, I didn't consider the fact that most PS3 games these days require a hard drive install as someone pointed out.  So I thought you were being serious so in my mind it might have been a good idea as a "core" gaming console.
