Was anyone else kinda spooked out in Other M?

Really now.  Other M had less atmosphere than pretty much every other Metroid game ever.  Okay, maybe Pinball and Hunters were lighter, but seriously, the game completely lacked true Metroid atmosphere.... and it lacked the true Metroid exploration, mood, music, and depth.
