I assume that Wii Health Pack and Wii Music are being developed to drive the console in this general direction. Nintendo's strategy seems to be to spread out as wide a net as possible by providing software that should interest different facets of the general public. So far it appears to have worked quite well for the DS. I expect that the arrival of the "Demo Channel", as some are calling it, should provide a bit of a boost with the traditional gamers as well. The next several months should be interesting. Who knows, a surprise title or two might find its way to the console.
