Doing the top 50 by titles released this month (August)...
...and by titles released earlier...
...there's clearly demand for Wii software still, but looking at this it seems that companies really aren't meeting that demand with new titles, so consumers are still picking up old titles instead. On the other hand for PS3, old titles don't seem to be able to maintain longer sales curves, and it seems new titles dominant and are quickly replaced in turn.
