that doesnt mean it went sour. you dont call mario sour just because it had games like mario kart, mario party, and every other mario sports game out there. if a DK platformer came out and it could not sell like its predecessors and gets horrible reviews and panned by critics and they could not improve with every iteration that comes out, than i would call it sour.
