kanye isn't racist.. but he does have bias views.. at least from what I've seen, saying bush doesn't care about black people was stupid, if anything I'd agree if he said "BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT POOR PEOPLE" ..

 

if he was racist he wouldn't have gone on tour with a white women, which he didn't because he attacked another white women..
