Also, if the leaks are to be believed, the final evolution is pretty darn slick. Samurai Otter for the win!

I've always started with the starter with the best 3rd Evolution for my Primary Version and for the other version I start with the next best starter. For the White Version I'm gonna go with the grass starter and for Black I'm going to use the Water starter.

IMO I've been pretty disappointed with the Starter designs but the Grass is at least decent so he'll do.
