I still don't understand why Tecmo doesn't just do Fatal Frame themselves then.  They've certainly published worse games (hello Rygar).

As for NOA sucking, I'm still waiting on NPC Pikmin 2 and NPC Chibirobo. :(

I wonder if the product placement in NPC Pikmin 2 has something to do with it not being in America.
