The dude's name is Tyler Clay Collins, and he's a Democratic activist who was volunteering for the Conway campaign. There are screengrabs from his Facebook page out there if you care to go and find them.
I'm sure there's no shortage of stupid racists in the tea party, just like there's no shortage of stupid racists everywhere. But if the tea party was as thoroughly stupid and racist and intellectually bankrupt as you make them out to be, there'd be no need to infiltrate them (Crash the Tea Party, etc.)
