I don't see how not being exclusive is a fail. It didn't hurt FFXIII (the issues gamers had turned out to be irrelevant to what system it was on). And while some see being in NBA Eilte as a good thing, some see it as a desparate way to get gamers to buy a game they don't want just for the game they do.

It's not so much the reduction of being exclusive but the means of simple acquisition on the other consoles. 

 

And Mike, I've pondered that one for years.  Back in the GC days, publishers made many moves that seemed to suggest that very speculation.


Well we'll have to see which sells better. At the very least it would show whether online matters with sports.
