I have to say though. There are lots of unreasonable people. . Not sure if those are the ones that apply to this situation.
I was there In June... and at book off it was around 1500-2000 yen and other places too (I didn't look that hard as I just wanted FFX, X-2 international :P)... they looked in perfect condition... unlike the games at gamestop :P
