Well, Warhawk wasn't made by SCEA (the first warhawk was)
also Lets see
Eye Of Judgment , Siren, Hot Shots Golf , The Last guy (its on BD in asia  ), WKC 1, 2 , Demon's Souls ,Kung Fu Rider, Ape Escape 4 (and there is another Ape Escape but idk if its retail) , The Last Guardian and GT 5
Also i forgot to mention Modnation Racers and SOCOM up there so its 10 games from SCEA vs 11 SCEJ

Whatever then, but I only count four full retail releases that have actually been released from your list and are also developed by SCEJ.
And Incognito was a part of the Santa Monica studio, so yes, the new Warhawk was developed by Sony.
