Is it? I was under the impression they chose the "Collection" in the title because the original Super Mario Allstars had "Collection" in its japanese name, too.
Back to topic: Maybe it's just me being excited for it but I hope this is not just Super Mario Allstars with a booklet thrown in. They already have those games on the Virtual Console. Also the graphics in Allstars lacked the charme of the original NES games. I would love a collection of 2D Mario games with updated graphics, though. And I'm so hoping for a multiplayer mode in this one! They could also add Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island, maybe even some Gameboy games. Imagine all those classic Mario games with multiplayer... Oh well, it's probably just Mario Allstars with a booklet in it... still, one can dream, right?
I just played through the original Allstars last year (and still couldn't beat Lost Levels, argh
)
