Such a poor discussion on an interesting article. Some of you need to read before you write. It's pretty clear what type of games are being measured, yet numerous comments raising the same questions ensued, were answered and later raised again.
The purpose of the article seems to illustrate the potential success for smaller developers when releasing their games onto a downloadable only market. Comparing PSN to XBLA is a fair and logical step, although it inevitably leads to the obvious from forum members. It's irritating to see, especially on a forum which generally moderates user contribution fairly well.
