- Nintendo will be releasing "Super Mario Collection Special Pack" for Wii, a revival of Super Famicom's Super Mario Collection, known in the West as Super Mario All-Stars, it is not known what games it will include.
- will include a booklet recapping 25 years of Mario history and showing previously unseen development materials.
- will also include a soundtrack CD with music spanning Super Mario Bros. through Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Also announced were prices and release dates for Kirby's Epic Yarn, 14 October, priced ¥5,800, and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, 28 October, priced ¥4,800. These two were confirmed by official Nintendo sites.
