No no, no fanboy reasons to doubt (well maybe just a little bit).
Seriously I need to see the hand movement to judge how much the lag is between movement of Move (input) and effect on screen.
I know that you can demo a game and make it look very lag-free and smooth despite a lag of even 400 ms if you are very familiar with the game. I've done it myself on Age of Empires II online back in the day.

But there's some noticeable lag in that. A bit too much for me to feel comfortable playing a game that relies on speed and reflexes.
try playing it with a pad its a knightmare, with move it would be much better.
