This argument is asinine, I know many people who work for gamespot, walmart, best buy, etc. I used to work for Target and I know for a fact that used/refurb consoles do sell to new users looking to buy a console on the cheap. I have an out of warranty 360 that I need to fix so I can sell, I know 2 people who want to buy it.
