That's part of it; the Wii version, priced at $30, was essentially a bare-bones release- the game on 1 disk with the English VAs only. The PS2 version, while $40, came with 2 disks- one with the English VAs, another with the Japanese VAs and subtitles, and then came with extras like an artbook, poster, a guidebook (more of a spoof item) and deluxe packaging. Given that many fans of a series, especially a niche one, want the extra stuff, it would drive them to the PS2 version. We got that version here ourselves, even though we'd have preferred to get it on the Wii.
