Sometimes they have real good deals on real good games, and sometimes meh deals and/or meh games... Basically there is one deal that is all day long, and one different game deal every few hours where they cut the price of some game. The percentage changes, but it's usually better than anything you could get for those games before that. The "hourly" deals are also limited quantity, so if for example they will do a good deal on Metroid, you can bet that the deal won't last the alloted time (unless it's the daily deal, which is not limited by quantity).
