It's not a big deal, you didn't go into the exam relying on cheating. I'm assuming you made the effort to understand the material beforehand.
I would lecture somebody for cheating if they've made a concious effort to cheat instead of understanding the material. In the end all those people are doing is cheating themselves out of an education (if you excuse the pun).
But if you've made the effort to sit an exam without intending to cheat (relying on your understanding of the material), and only cheated on an answer that you may have known anyway, then that's ok.
