Honestly, square enix is MS best bet for exclusive games.

Square Enix giving Microsoft quality exclusives? Excuse me if I laugh too hard. Microsoft will have to pay them up the yin yang where as Sony pays nothing much like most of whats been happening this gen. Microsofts had to pay for a lot of titles in the past two years where as Sony pays nothing.

Sony has also paid for all those games that Microsoft paid for.  Except instead of money they paid for it in lost marketshare.

What about Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and others? Microsoft basically paid for its development (Namco admitted it) and a lot of Japanese titles that Microsoft paid for timed exclusivity to Sony. All of the games turned out superior. It was like a handful of games in 2009.

Its ok, Sony paid for most of Microsofts research and development on their CPU.  So that $400 million will certainly pay for a lot of exclusives.

I love when people use this pay for exclusive thing, it really kills them when they see the following link.

So Sony, thanks for all the exclusives you enabled me to have, as a 360 owner I appreciate it.

Interesting history (thank you), but irrelevant from the point that Microsoft spent money on more pointless things than they should've. This pointless thing would be the timed-exclusivity when they could've used that money towards new devs for quality IP's. Sony has gotten away with more on a game development front in terms of payment than Microsoft ever will and Western and Eastern companies back then because, yes, they're reliable. Thats good work for Microsoft on getting Sony and other companies to pay for their chip....when Sony probably paid even more to get a superior chip. Are you trying to make this look like Microsoft takes Sony's table scraps because I'll give you another one. Sony had their eye on Project Natal first.....but they turned it down. Microsoft soon after bought the developmental project Natal.

Thanks Microsoft for showing me what Sony could've potentially had but turned down in so many ways. At least I can enjoy what you and Sony both have to offer in your own unique ways.
