I bought my Wii in 2006. I spent over $900 in games and accessories. In mid 2007 my console had to be fixed. I got it back, beat Resident Evil 4(which is really a Gamecube game), and never played it again. I bought a 360 in late August of that same year. I haven't stopped playing it. I was a huge Nintendo fan, and was talking to everybody about how great the system was. After a while, I quit saying that because I wasn't that happy with it. Especially with the lack of good games that came out. I sold it. Don't get me wrong, I wish sometimes that I would have kept my Wii. Just today I was playing Wii sports resort at my brother's house. I just kept laghing at how lame the game was. My kids like it, but that's the point. It's a kid's console. I'm not sure how old you are, but I would suggest that you look into a console that can satisfy your gaming palet. The PS3 or the 360 will work just fine. I prefer the 360, but I own both. Make a move my friend, you'll thank me later.
