Ask yourself if other games on other platforms will spark your interest. PC would always be a good idea, as you can get just about anything on it, and there is always a consistent flow; although 360 and PS3 have considerable amounts of releases too. It doesn't seem that you like the pacing, from what you've described, in most Wii games, which could or should be fixed with the contrast you will find with the games on other consoles. Other than that, it could just be that you have very little interest in new releases entirely, due to how much they deviate from retro games. I do hope you find what you're looking for.
