Wii has half the amount of games coming as PS3/360

MGS4 is probably the only game which will outsell it and fit my above conditions.  You have to agree it is a bit ironic given the Wii's general 3rd party support

DQX could possibly be the worst selling DQ in Japan since a long time if Wii's current hardware trends stay. The west? Who knows...

I also don't think it will outsell MGS4 in the end, let alone Versus XIII and maybe Agent if that game does well.

Uh... weekly sales don't mean jack when you already have a pretty large base... its not like the people that are gonna buy DQX are just gonna be new console buyers... Darth you're so silly sometimes

Other 3rd Party game sales on Wii aren't encouraging.

Nowhere does he say it will sell as well as 9, but I don't think it's going to bomb. I'm pegging sales of about 3 million on DQX myself- not nearly the level of 9, but still a respectable total for Japan.
