Take a look at this. This is scary domination. At least I wont be spending much money next year compared to this year.

2011:

Top PS3 exclusives: Killzone 2, Final Fantasy XIV, Yakuza 4, Resistance 3, Twisted Metal, The Last Guardian, Infamous 2

Top 360 exclusives: Gears of War 3

You also for got Kingdoms and Forza 4 and lets be realistic here...i don't many of those games would be able to match Gears 3 in both sales and quality.

That was only a list off the top of my head and yes...if I was to be given the choice of all these games or gears....id take......all these games. As I said it is scary how dominant a year it will be for Sony (as far as quality games are concerned). What draws hardcore gamers? You guessed it! Quality games. I predict a lot of 360 only owners and Wii owners in the states will be picking up a PS3 (especially for Twisted Metal) I'm sure many others would as well. Gears is only one game. Kingdoms is TBA and whatever Forza they  have planned for the Kinect probably will not even be up to par with Forza 3. It will only be an eye pleaser for casuals.

Nobody is going to pick up a PS3 just for Twisted Metal. Its been over a decade since that game has been relevant. I just recently bought a PS3 and Twisted Metal is at the bottom of my list for games most wanted, which means I won't be buying it.

Twisted Metal is high on the list of most of my friends at my dorms as well as myself. PS3 sales are unpredictable as is. The only predictable game is GT. Twisted Metal is AAA though. This is the big budget version of Twisted Metal made specifically the way Jaffe has always wanted it to be done. He was hindered by the PS2 and PS1 in terms of scale. I'm guessing you never saw the videos and commercials. The game has been getting relatively great press since E3 2010.
