Yes they should.

Only if Lucas himself doens't write or direct much of it. That's what made the first three the best.

I want whoever did Episode 3 to do them because that was the best one.

That's exactly why i wrote that. Lucas worked (direction and writng) the most on episode 4. The other episodes ( 5-6) were directed by others and it shows. The third one was truly the best.
