Wii was almost abondoned by the Japanese developers, no major release on wii unless nintendo games has been made this year, even the 360 gets more exclusives than the wii in japan, so thats why we must recognize that the nintendo brand is strong enough to keep pulling consoles just with its very name...

I think Biohazard DSC and DQMBRV were semi-major, even if both are spinoffs and did a bit worse than they should have.  Some 3rd party catalog games have been getting decent sales this year too, like Taiko Wii 2, Momotaru 2010 or the budget reprints of One Piece UA1-2.

It is looking pretty bad for the rest of the year though.  Inazuma Eleven and (maybe) Earth Seeker are about it for potentially exciting releases (sales wise) and DQX is still nowhere to be seen. :/

Inazuma Eleven has never been confirmed for this year, has it? I'd say Ninokuni PS3 has a higher chance of coming out first than Inazuma, considering the game has an official name and we've already seen direct footage, rather than some ghostly screenshots.

Earth Seeker won't reach 100k sold most probably, it's not even semi-big IMO...

Inazuma Wii's rumored to be releasing along with the movie, which is this Dec.  We'll probably find out around TGS, but it's been in development for 2 full years at this point.

I agree on Earth Seeker, but you never know.  MH clones have done extremely well on PSP, MHG/3 did pretty well on Wii, this one may do okay.  It's going to get a big push from Famitsu anyway, since Enterbrain is producing it.
