Most stupid decision. Digital games are much more affordable here in Brazil, since I don't have to pay shipment and taxes, and for the PSP is much better having your games on MS or internal HDD (PSP Go). I don't see the point of not releasing on PSN, giving options to the player is the best situation, but they (SE or Disney, dunno) don't seem to care.
