1. Cartman - He really makes the show, especially if he's been played off of Wendy or...
2. Butters - ... who is just a little darling. What a cutie pie! It's so funny to have such an innocent, naive little guy on such a vulgar show. I was so glad when they made him one of The Four after Kenny died, and I felt so bad for him when they kicked him out. 
3. Randy - He gets up to such hilarious shit in episodes like The Losing Edge, Bloody Mary, More Crap, and Over Logging. The fact that he's made to look just like Trey's dad makes him all the funnier to me.
Honorable mention to Garrison. His journey from homophobic closet case to flamingly gay to tranny to... whatever he is now, is really the stuff of TV legend.
