A: Hit the button on your remote that says "Size" "P. Size" "S. Size" and take it off of Wide Fit Zoom 1 2 etc and bring it to 16:9

B: If you don't have em get component cables

C: If you do have them then go into Wii's settings and change it to Widescreen 16:9 setting not 4:3. In the 360 you flip a switch to set it to component in Wii you gotta do it on the system itself.
