A: Hit the button on your remote that says "Size" "P. Size" "S. Size" and take it off of Wide Fit Zoom 1 2 etc and bring it to 16:9
B: If you don't have em get component cables
C: If you do have them then go into Wii's settings and change it to Widescreen 16:9 setting not 4:3. In the 360 you flip a switch to set it to component in Wii you gotta do it on the system itself.
32" HDTV not stretched at all(1080i so same resolution you have smaller screen) not pixelated.
