Hmmm.....I wonder what GT5:P has done.

So, if the lowest one on there is 260,000, you're trying to tell me that all GT5:P has done is that or less? GT5:P hasn't hit 500,000 on PSN? I'm inclined to think otherwise.

I also love how the the OP left out the rest of that article:

Despite this, creating games on the platform is a strong investment for developers.  'Although PSN lacks the massive sellers of Xbox Live Arcade, many developers have found great success with PSN. In our initial report, we find that 22% of all titles have recorded over $1 million USD in revenue, a figure that should be encouraging to developers that are interested in the platform.' said Benjamin Schlichter, Director of Research & Analysis at FADE.

is GT5:P an Arcade game??

The first line in the title: "The best selling PSN games". GT5:P is a PSN-downloadable title. Why shouldn't it count?

I think you'll have to take that up with FADE or whoever the research company is.

Their focus is on the arcade / games specifically designed for the PSN or XBL.

Which actually fits in my point, this "analysis" is flawed. It ignores games like Socom: Confrontation and GT5:P. If something is downloadable, it should count in the data.

NO not really. The main users of this piece of data are the developers of PSN/XBL..Excluding those games you mentioned is appropriate and reasonable.
