Because it will then just be the same as other MMO's. FFXI is there for all those who don't like FF14's approach.

The money is not going to waste, they are trying to make grinding obsolete. So that players gain exp in other forms like guildleves and helping others by doing their guildleves. AND who knows what other system the game might have to gain exp.

NO! I want FF14 not FF11!
