I'm sure Nintendo looks at endless proposals, like any publisher/developer. 90% are rejected. Don't get your hopes up.
Unless the proposal is a rock solid million seller I can't see Nintendo doing it. Certainly not to support UDraw.
Heck they only released one game supporting the balance board (Punch-Out!!) (and one ww game)
And only two supporting Wii Speak (Excitebots / Endless Ocean)
None supporting Wii wheel or zapper.
Obviously I'm not counting the original packed-in games.
So they aren't going to do anything to support a third party peripheral if they don't think supporting their own is important.
Having said that - figures crossed for Mario Paint.
