Considering the price just announced for the add-on 250GB HDD drive and that most people suspected it even before the announce, given MS' record, I'm not surprised Arcade gave a small bump, just slowing sales fall. People knowing they'd eventually need to buy a MS add-on drive won't buy an Arcade, it's the worst value in this case.
