I remember arguing with that lord the night guy about this.

He says the Wii audience don't want anymore party games and that developers would be forced to put big franchises that Wii owners actually want on Wii.

Then Nintendo go and release a 5m Party game.

Pure gold really.

wii audience knows the difference between a third party casual title and a Nintendo made casual title. i don't see why some people don't get this

Just because a game is made by Nintendo doesn't mean it's better than a game made by another company.

And even then. I'm still right. The Wii audience will still lap up some party game. In the millions. Wii Party selling so well will also probably bring a whole new bunch of party games too...

Better is off course relatif. But - from Nintendo - will be perceved as better by many. They are mighty  brands: Nintendo and Wii.

I say 10 million sold easy. Had they released it a year or two ago then 20 million.
