That director has some pretty lame excuses. He's saying they were limited by the number of motion plus devices on the market... but wasn't it bundled with their game?
I've played Red Steel 2 and I have to say it's very much an overrated game. Don't get me wrong, the motion controls are great. But everything else is very boring. I remember being bombarded with corny story cutscenes and long, obvious tutorials (who knew you would need a tutorial to learn how to "swing"; weren't motion controls suppose to eliminate the need for this?)
Also... No multiplayer. No local multiplayer. Little re-playability in the single player campaign. Short single-player campaign. Overall, it's just a lame value.
