Uhm, I've seen (and heard) many times that third parties and Nintendo do not mix well, which is one of the reasons many third parties do not develop games for Nintendo systems.
However, do we have any documented proof that third parties have complained? I'm not denying that it's true, I'd just like to see what problems third parties actually have with Nintendo.
