A point of clarification, Wii Sports Resort is owned by almost 23 percent of Wii owners (22.98%) --- so that should be a baseline minimum for Wii Motion Plus.
As for Red Steel 2, the first one left such an "over promise, under deliver" taste in gamers' mouths that it may explain why a lot of people did not go for it.
I just got a copy, so I will have to reserve more critical judgement on the game until a later date.
