Mine is working and it's beautifull (latest model).
I don't understand all the talk about failure, my PS3 died after playing 4 games, I rarely use it and it was out of warranty. I paid to fix it then I sell it. It's a good machine with good games, but I prefer the LIVE and nowdays games are all multiplat.
Anyways, congrats again for MS! What comeback (from first XBOX)!
